is emigrating from here, via Antwerp to New York.
He, by his Burgomaster's certificate is legally attested as being a man of good character and so is given the Passport and all Civil and Military authorities are hereby courteously requested to permit him to travel unmolested with the aforementioned group, giving him protection and assistance as may be indicated. But this Passport must be inspected by police authorities of each place in which the bearer stops longer than 24 hours without distinction between city and village.
