I am so happy to be in your presence and desire to share with you some glorious ideas for you to try!

In these times that are of the Ascension of our Earth and ourselves, many of you are releasing old coats of the recent past...All of us here in the Command, Angel Hierarchy and Ascended Masters are sending you Rays of encouragement in your personal journeys! Journeys which will become realized!

Relaxing and cleansing is probably one of your more difficult things to do so I have a few suggestions for you to try out, Dear Ones!


Bathing and Washing are 2 ways to aid your bodies of releasing toxins and is also a more subtle type of massage if you wish to call it that!

1) Visualize me pouring Fresh Golden Pink Light Over you! 2) Visualize this also spiraling & swirlilng about you! 3) Take some deep breaths! 4) If you have any areas of discomfort, form the Light into a Bubble or Ball & send or enter that Bubble gently into that area! Inhale & exhale! 5) You may feel a warmth from this, just go into it! Feel refreshed as you finish your bath~
