They have a parade through town, I believe it's called "Seeing Double" and it's almost all twins.The whole town and surrounding area turns out to see it. People come from everywhere just to take pictures, and it's kind of like a mardi gras for twins. It's a whole week-end thing and there's a talent contest and a "look-the-most-alike" contest. You can sit in just about any restaurant and see yourself on t.v. while you're eating. It's a big thing and all the hotel lobbys and public places are full of twins. To tell the truth, I'm not quite sure which one is me in this picture but it looks like one of us is standing in a hole. I think it's me. Yup, we decided it was me. It's fairly easy to tell who's who on the adult pictures but we don't even try on the baby pictures. These little cuties were pretty young but I think the youngest were only about 3 weeks old. Here we are with more twins, At this time we were blond although we've been brunettes (our natural color) and redheads. I have forgotten where these two were from. I can't begin to know how many pictures we took or how many were taken of us but it sure was a lot, probably in the hundreds!! Gloria is on the left and I'm on the right. I think we drove about 1200 miles to get there but some came a lot farther and I'm sure nearly every state was represented. ~continue~ Home
