THIS WAS NOT A SUICIDE

NEED HELP WITH THIS

The Death of Ricky L. Dyer, Jr.

Just been thinking from what a friend said.. The blood on the seat belt, meant Ricky would of had it on at the time of death... But he didn't have it on, and after he was dead, he couldn't take it off...

The two girls, what they said, they had to be there in the hills that night... They couldn't of said what they first said at the start...

Shaw knowing the music that was being played and the passenger door lock... THIS IS ON A TAPE.... These are all to much....Also he knew every move Ricky made, but never saw him....

Dyer, 21, was found shot to death in his car in the hills of Storey
County, Nevada, on July 17, 1993. He was sitting in the
driver's seat, with his own shotgun resting on the right side of
his right leg. The entry wound was under his chin, on the right.

His right arm was draped casually over the gun. An empty beer bottle
was situated between his thighs.

Scene appears staged:

-Investigators found no prints or
blood splatter on the beer bottle between his legs

-No prints were found on the gun
itself or the shells

-Blood was found on a retracted portion of the driver's seat
belt; indicating that he had been wearing it at the time of the
shooting, but that it had been removed afterwards

-Spent shell casing found outside the car on the passenger side

No prior warning signs of suicide, depression, or other mental illnesses
existed.

Dyer habitually bought dove and quail shot, but the shots used and those
still in the gun were steel shots.

Although he had cashed his paycheck the evening before, only $2.00 was
found in his wallet.

Findings of Dr. Dennis H. Chevalier, Ph.D., CPPP, Executive Director,
Consortium of Scientific Investigation and Research, Criminal Profiler

Division:

-Ricky Dyer Jr. arm length was not long enough to activate the
trigger nor reach the trigger group assembly of the Remington shotgun.

-No device was found to facilitate activating the trigger so that Ricky
could shoot himself.

-There is also the matter of the shell found outside the car.

Suicidal actions do not involve a second shot.

-The shotgun was a manual pump. This means he would have to eject the
first shot and reload to fire the fatal one. The fatal one was still
in the shotgun.

-Suicide by shotgun is normally done between the legs while in the
seated position and into the mouth. In this situation, it was at a
right angle and at the base of the neck.

-There would be no reason for Ricky to wipe all his prints from t he
weapon. The weapon and shell butts have no prints on them. This is
the work of a planned murder and not a result of wanton imagination.

-These are the facts of the case, and they are undisputed.
