THERE ARE TO MANY UNANSWERED QUESTIONS???
Our whole family knows that Ricky wouldn't commit suicide. There's to much wrong and for the roommate not seeing Ricky that night, but knows every move he made and what he wore that night... Roommate knows way to much...
Ricky got paid that day and paid the roommate $50.00 for rent. Should of had at least $150.00 left. Roommate said, Ricky came to him and said after these last four days, I'm going to have to give my body a rest. Meaning Ricky didn't want to party anymore.. But roommate made so many calls from a party he was at, that no one ever question, to the house, supposely wanting Ricky to go to the party... BUT ROOMMATE HAS NO ALABI TO WHERE HE WAS..
Ricky gets off work at 10:00 pm at night. Everyone at work said, Ricky was happy all day at work.. He's shift was 1-10 pm. He joked with his friend , Jeff, before he left work.. Ricky buys a 12 pack of Millers (beer).
Meets John out in Raley's parking lot. Ricky and John have a beer. Ricky tells John, he's going home and have afew beers and going to bed.
What happens after that- Ask his roommate, he has all the answers and knows to much, for not being at the house that night...
FACTS-
1. No copenhagen can, none on Ricky, none in his bedroom, none in his work clothes. BUT Ricky chews, he always has a copenhagen can on him. But instead they find a can of SKOAL ON HIM, that he hates. Why is that?????
2. NO POCKET KNIFE, that he always carried.. None in his belongings or work clothes. WHERE'S the pocket knife that he always carried, even to work?????
3. For Ricky, to drive 35 minutes to the hills, with NO copenhagen can and only one beer, doesn't make sense.....
4. Ricky gets paid that day, and should of had at least $150.00, after paying the roommate rent. Doesn't sound like Ricky had any plans for suicide, to pay the rent ahead. But only $2.00 was found on Ricky. Where did his money go????
5. Being a HABIT- Ricky always took the shot gun in it's case.. He took pride in his gun. Why wouldn't Ricky take the case this time? But the roommate says he took the gun out of the case and threw the case on the floor, BUT again how does he know this, he claims he didn't see Ricky that night.. Good question???
6. Being a HABIT- Ricky would automatically take a box of shells. This time, he takes only four shells.. Habits just don't change...
7. Ricky being around guns all his life. The shot gun was only a year old, why would he get out of the car to shoot his gun, with alcohol in him, he wouldn't think about it.. He knew the gun to well, knowing it would shoot the first time... To believe he would shoot the gun outside the car, than put a another shell back in, when he already had two in there... You only need one shell to do the job... AGAIN, ask the roommate about why he shot the gun out in the air, Roommate says to make sure the gun will shoot, this is normally done, when someone is committing suicide...
8. Mainly, knowing guns like Ricky did, he would of shot himself thru the mouth, to make sure he was dead.. Not shoot himself on the right side of his neck... Ten years before his death, we had watch a show on people trying to kill themselves, and they ended up being vegetables. Ricky's statement was, shoot yourself thru the mouth and you'll get the job done....
9. According to the autopsy, Ricky had 1.27 alcohol blood level... NO DRUGS. This is like having roughly six beers in him, again according to the roommate... BUT the 12 pack, according to roommate, had four beers missing. John had one and ricky had one in the parking lot at Raley's. Roommate states, Ricky had a beer at home, from the waste basket he saw. Than Ricky had a beer with him in his car. Something always seems wrong. Roommate having kids, it just seems weird, roommate would look into the wastebasket, and check it out. And still can you believe this, from Friday night until Monday, the day Deputy Bill Petty went over to the house, the wastebasket still had the one beer and the 12 pack only had four beers missing.. Awful strange, since the roommate is a heavy drinker and heavy drug user....
10. There isn't much time. Tells John he's going home, have afew beers and go to bed... Ricky usually drank his beers slow. So if he gets home around 10:45, and according to the roommate he died around midnight. ANY questions, just ask the roommate he has all the answers...
11. Having an empty beer bottle between his legs, empty, most people throw the bottle out... No prints and no blood on the bottle and the bottle is so so perfect....
12. Ricky's watch was on the wrong wrist, he was wearing it on his right wrist, because of the cig burns prior his death.. And were not sure if Ricky had his watch on in the crime scene, which Ricky never took his watch off, not even going to bed.....Which John stated that the roommate had to of did the cigs burns to Ricky on the night of the party, two months before his death... CIG BURNS----- Roommate states Ricky wanted to be a MAN........
SHOES HE HAD ON, DIDN'T EVEN BELONG TO HIM............
FACTS
ROOMMATE knows what he wore, what he did, what music was playing on the radio, and the passenger door locked...
ROOMMATE AFTER RICKY'S DEATH--- Lost his job, lost his children, lost his car, and lost his home... On drugs heavy and drinks heavy.....
THE OTHER ONE WE FEEL THAT WAS WITH THE ROOMMATE LOST HIS JOB, AND WENT INTO THE MENTAL INSTITUTION FOR AWHILE, LOST HIS WIFE... INTO TO DRUGS AND WAS VIOLANT....
SHOES DID NOT BELONG TO RICKY, WHO'S SHOES DID THEY BELONG TO?
RICKY HAD ONLY ONE APRON, AND HE WAS SEATING ON IT IN THE CAR, TIME OF DEATH... BUT ROOMMATE TALKS ABOUT THE APRON IN HIS ROOM AFTER HIS DEATH, HOW CAN THAT BE?????? RICKY ALWAYS WORE HIS APRON UNTIL HE CHANGED HIS CLOTHES... THAT WAS HIS HABIT, SO THE ROOMMATE DID SEE HIS APRON IN THE ROOM, WHEN RICKY WAS THERE, THAT NIGHT...
SEAT BELT????? ACCORDING TO THE REPORT WE GOT, THE SEAT BELT SHOULD OF BEEN ON RICKY, FROM WHERE THE BLOOD WAS ON THE SEAT BELT.... BUT HE WASN'T WEARING A SEAT BELT AT THE TIME OF DEATH...
Shaw knowing the music that was being played and the passenger door lock... These are all to much....Also he knew every move Ricky made, but never saw him.... Knew what he wore that night.. I also agreed this case needs to be investigated by someone that was never involved the first time.. They need a guy who will go and interview, not with hand gloves, but tough.... Ricky was only moved out for ten days, why would he just turn 21 years old and move out for ten days and decide he would committ suicide, and why go by his parents place and up in the hills above them... Where he could of done it at the house, or somewhere else.
WHY WOULD HE WEAR SOMEONE ELSE'S SHOES??????
THERE IS MUCH MORE AND HOPE TO KEEP ADDING ON, AS WE CAN THINK OF THEM....

RICKY COULDN'T WAIT TO TURN 21, LIKE ALL OF US, AND THAN HE'S GONE.... JULY 2ND HE TURN 21 AND DEAD ON JULY 17TH... THIS KID LOVED LIFE.....
RICKY JUST TURNED 21 YEARS OLD ON JULY 2ND AND GONE ON JULY 17TH... RICKY'S BOSSES ALSO SAID HE WAS IN A GOOD MOOD... NOTHING DIFFERENT FROM THE DAY BEFORE, NORMAL AND HAPPY.
