In 1971, Rohr delivered 10 prototype cars (101-107,501-503) of these 10, only 107,501-503 were accepted. 103,105 were destroyed in a wreck during testing and scrapped in 1978, while 101,102,104,106 were returned to Rohr and replaced.
In 1988, the first four Alstom C-1 cars (301-304) were also rejected and replaced.
