2005 Prabhupada Vyasa Puja offering
Most dear Shrila Prabhupada,
most dear to Krishna,
as our ever well wisher,
you said, you would be with us.
I remain completely inept,
to express my eternal debt,
I just pray to you to be blessed,
that Krishna, I never forget,
at every single breath,
to perfect every step,
through repeated birth and death.
You remain the ocean of mercy,
upon those praying at thy feet,
to realise their life mission,
when with sincerity they seek.
For Krishna reveals His servant,
when a soul thirsts for God,
Krishna reveals His Servant,
that is known as Prabhupada.
Like the six goswamis of Vrindavana,
on the path of the pure disciplic chain,
all are blessed with the title of Prabhupada, absorbed in
glorification, of Hari's holy names.
Only the most envious,
refuse to believe there is perfection,
therefor we must give up our envy,
to go in Prabhupada's direction,
and most humbly surrender,
with all faith and conviction,
that God's pure servant is perfect,
and just speaks the words of Krishna,
Who is the Supreme and perfect person,
and indeed the original and first One,
Who has a pure disciplic line,
right in line with His instructions divine,
to guide all human kind,
beyond this world of crime...
Everything is revealed,
when we hear thy words with zeal,
the false from the real,
and Krishna, beyond maya's veil.
Eternal is thy glory,
in service to Shrila Bhagavana,
your words dissolve all the worries,
of those hankering for God.
So when your heard in wrapt attention,
one feels Lord Krishna's affection,
which one knows, is true perfection,
under Lord Krishna's full protection.
One need just approach you in humility,
to be freed from life times of futility,
for you are empowered with the ability,
to guide all souls with expert agility,
back to our eternal home land,
just filled with sweet pastimes of love,
with our minds fixed on the limitless bliss,
of the form of Govinda, our one Lord above.
O when will that day be mine,
I will again see the shine,
of your eyes into mine,
awaking, my soul divine?
You are empowered by Krishna,
to reveal our soul's only business,
to just tend to Krishna's wishes,
and save all from the vicious.
Out side of the blissful unlimited ocean,
poor souls toss in endless commotion,
till they see the eyes smeared in love's lotion,
due to unalloyed, and pure devotion.
Less than a moment of thy darshan,
liberates a soul from eons of hell,
that is the shastra's holy grail,
sacred words that do not fail,
is the wisdom eternally perfect,
of the mother of wisdom's verdict,
the vedas from brahma's breath,
beyond all cheating and defect.
O Prabhupada I pray,
your blessings I shower today,
for everything is possible,
for the universe's guru deva.
That is what jagat guru means,
the one held in highest esteem,
who burns away all foolish dreams,
when we hear his divine words,
which are just like nectar streams.
Pleading to just chant Hare Krishna,
and Krishna's dancing on your tongue,
to awaken thy eternal soul,
for His Song to always be sung,
through the streets of the depraved,
to save all from this hollow grave,
execute the wish of Shrila Prabhupada,
thy universal Gurudeva!!!!!!!!!!!
and flood the world with love of God,
through loud singing of God's names,

Thus this anubhavananda dasa,
is again amazed by Krishna's grace,
through His servant Prabhupada,
to write more poetic praise.
Let us no longer mistake,
and hear Prabhupada's cry to awake,
to the purifier of the poisonous snake,
that hid in the jamuna lake....
