ONLY BECAUSE OF YOU
Only because of you, Shrila Prabhupada,
do I chant my 16 rounds,
only because your with me,
do I try to hear this holy sound.

Only because of you, Shrila Prabhupada,
I am writing you this prayer,
only because your with me,
my ever well wisher, you declare.
I am your eternal father,
I am your ever well wisher,
because all through out my life,
I never ever, forgot Krishna.
Only because of you Shrila Prabhupada,
this most sinful wretch lives on,
through out every kind of trial,
to try to please you, and thus Bhagavana.
Only because of you Shrila Prabhupada,
I am trying to be Krishna conscious,
only because your with me,
I try sincerely to be honest.
Only because of you Shrila Prabhupada,
do I engage in bhakti yoga,,
only because your with me,
do I refuse to eat bhoga.
Only because of you Shrila Prabhupada,
do I keep writing poems,
only because your with me,
out of your causeless mercy alone
Only because your with me, Shrila Prabhupada, can this hopeless fiend live on,
only because your with me,
and your good as Srila Bhagavan.
Only because your with me, Shrila Prabhupada, this is my final conclusion,
I will engage in Krishna consciousness,
though I'm so conditioned to illusion.
Only because of you, Shrila Prabhupada,
it becomes more and more clear,
I am continuing to try to please you,
only because your so near.
Only because of you, Shrila Prabhupada,
does this dumb man write eloquent praise,
only because your with me,
your most divine grace.
Only because your with me,
and can be with anyone,
and they can know it is true,
just by reading your books, it is done.
They are Krishna's incarnations,
that have descended through thy pen
because your pure and fully surrendered,
to each soul's, eternal dearest friend.
Only because of you, Shrila Prabhupada,
now spiritual life is available to all,
lived through the greatest sages lives.
the pure devotees of Shri Gopala.
Only because of you, Shrila Prabhupada,
this Anubhavananda exits,
only because you can be with them,
can this world know Krishna consciousness.
Only because your with me, Shrila Prabhupada, and with all, no matter how bad it looks,
can this world solve all perplexities,
simply by knowing you, in thy books.
Only because of you Shrila Prabhupada,
and you want me to be fully convinced,
that you are always with me,
as long as I'm in thy footprints.
The footprints of unconditional surrender,
which is the definition of love,
unconditional devotion and surrender,
to Govinda, who for all is above.
Fully present as His Names,
fully present as His Servant's scriptures,
to give us His full association,
is all beneficent, Lord Shri Krishna.
