I must say that I am absolutely and utterly impressed with your customer service skills! I too work in an industry that caters to clients and I know that sometimes, customers can be demanding. This is the first time I've ever come across an e-tailer, that worked so quickly and in such a personal manner to listen to my concerns and accomodate my request. I just took a look at the new Angel Bears online and you're right - they are adorable. I am going right now to purchase it and I'm looking forward to having the arrive!
