There are at least two reasons for unfinished sites:
1st. My material is un-organized and requires extensive work to make presentable.
2nd. My material is incomplete at this time despite my efforts to obtain additional data. In my sites I have identified the necessity for this data, but, in my possession I have insufficent or no data to present.
