poem "MY FRIEND" by Paul Brandis


Paul Brandis is from Southern Maine ... He rides an 89 Xlh Harley Davidson Sportster with a Sport-Bob gas tank. The Engine is punched out to 1200 ccs . He is originally from Pennsylvania Country. The reason we mention this is that it always amazes us that he names his rides the same way a farm boy names his live-stock ... Goldie, Brownie, Whitey and so on.

His Poem featured here ... " My Friend," is an excellent poem on friendship. We could change the word "Friend" here to say Brother, Sister or Running Mate, etc and it would still work ... for these are all qualities that we as Brothers, Sisters and Friends should strive for.
