1990 Shelby Daytona VNT

Great guy and fellow SDAC Chicagoland Iroc R/T owner Victor Walkoz alerted me to this incredible find. He found it in downtown Chicago, far in the back of a junkyard. The loader operator had to literally pick up and move 10 cars to get to it! I slipped him 5 bucks to be "extra carefull"!

Complete drivetrain! I was worried when approaching because the hood was up, and every vehicle that I climbed over was virtually stripped bare.

Of all the VNT's I have owned, this one has the latest build date...October of 1989.

1990 Dodge Shadow ES VNT

Picked this car up in Yonkers, New York. It seems to be well taken care of. All reciepts came with car, even the original window sticker!

The 568 shifts smooth, and the engine runs well. New Kumho 205/50/15's look and ride nice. The previous owner (Alfredo Sanchez) also installed a brand new NOS radiator. I did not have a single problem on the 900 mile trip home!

1990 Dodge Spirit 2.5 TI 5-speed

I came across this car at a local used car lot. The dealer was eager to sell because it wasn't running correctly. Tearing off the upper end of the motor revealed that: #1 cylinder blew the headgasket...the water jacket was cracked near #2 cylinder...and, the hardened intake valve seat in #4 cylinder came off and wedged the valve open! The pistons looked good, and the cross-hatch was still visable on all cylinders. I took a spare head to a machine shop and had the valves backcut. A radiator and intercooler out of a 91 Spirit R/T was also installed, along with new KYB struts and shocks.

I really enjoy the look of the 16 inch Enkei racing wheels.

Interior is grey with the red stripes, and relatively clean. It has the travel computer, and everything seems to work. I fixed a hack job stereo wiring nightmare, and installed a spare CD player.

Check out the awesome truck my friend Craig owns. It's a 2001 Quad cab, 4x4, Cummins turbo diesel Ram. He has installed numerous performance mods. Amongst them are a reprogrammed computer, with settings up to...get this...40 POUNDS OF BOOST! The thing pulls hard for a 7000lb vehicle...it's absolutely incredible! On the tow dolly is a complete, non-running Daytona, with the highly desired A568.

1991 Dodge Spirit R/T

I picked up this car in a small town south of Indianapolis.

Supposedly this R/T was a press car used for the 1991 Indy 500. Here's a picture of the Chrysler key fob. The paper insert lists the model, VIN#, and license #.
