DELTA PIPES -- Frey |
| Michael Fauscette is the artist behind Delta Pipes and this is one of his many unusual and excellent smoking creations. I don't believe this was ever listed on his website as he offered it to me right after completing it and, naturally, I snatched it right up. The write-up on the pipe read, "Frey - Grade - Pheasant. Sandblast horn with handcut vulcanite stem. Finish: Antique Burgundy sandblast. Very strong grained blast with plateau bottom. Tobacco hole 2" deep, over 7" long and 2 1/4" by 1 1/2" top." Mike's website address is http://www.deltapipes.com and his e-mail address is mike@deltapipes.com . If you would like to see another of Mike's creations, go to my other webpage, "Realm of the Pipe" (http://community.webtv.net/aussielab/REALMOFTHEPIPE), I have Delta Pipes' Pike shown and described there. |
DENNY SOUERS - Sidewinder Collection, Walnut, Pipe # 326 |

The entry on the Lioncrest site says, "This is a Denny Souers Sidewinder Collection Walnut pipe # 326. Obviously this is a very unique pipe, it reminds me of an outrigger canoe. The outrigger or bridge part of the pipe allows the pipe to sit soundly in any earth quake or worse. The outrigger also serves as a secondary handle which is comfortable to hold. The approximate maximum measurements of this pipe are as follows: pipe length 6 5/8 inches, bowl inside diameter 1 inch, bowl outside diameter 1 1/2 inches and bowl height 1 7/8 inches."
