This is a gallery that features some of the rarest, least seen or photographed butterflies in the world. It is a work in progress, and new pictures will be added daily--so drop in frequently to view what is new. All specimens were obtained with proper permits, licenses and specimens on CITES were collected many years before being placed on cites i appendix.
