I suddenly found myself (on page 1297) staring at big bold letters which read: "TIME - SPACE RELATIONSHIPS" Oddly enough, this topic had always fascinated me, so I read on. This amazing book described Time and Space to me like I've never heard it explained before or since, and transformed me into an instant Urantia Book Believer. I can still remember putting the book down on the ground beside me, leaning back and staring up at the sky through the swaying palm leaves, while I contemplated the profound source of knowledge I was in possesion of. Anyway, I've been reading and learning from the revelation ever since. Its the only book I've ever read that I can honestly say changed my life. This book truly opened up my eyes, allowing me to see how utterly flawless the Plan of Creation really is. When you understand the Divine Plan of Creation, you can easily see how all the pieces fit into place... And, you can also see that the scheme of Life and Death and Life After Death makes perfect sense. It is a perfect plan...Just as you would expect from a perfect God. |
WHAT DOES URANTIA MEAN?

Here's what I was told: When you die, you will be permitted to visit a place in heaven where you can view a "full-scale" model of our entire universe. And as you study this model, you will eventually locate our Sun and our Solar System. Once you've located our Solar System you will, naturally, want to get a closer look at the third planet from the Sun.... And when you do, you won't see the name "Earth" written there... You will see the name: "Urantia". Our world was named "Urantia" nearly one billion years ago! |
