Second to last buoy labled with an "E". Last buoy labled with "Temp E" My ori9ginal assumption was it marked the last buoy being towed. Looking at a close-up of the buoys being pulled into the water shows a buoy next to the first marked with "W" Since the section was being installed east/west in the Middle passage of Narragansett Bay, The marks appear to be directional for installation purposses ?
