A sweet 35 on it's way to awesome!
The only way to go.
In progress , doors are painted now
Bought in a salvage yard for $50.00. Mounted with heavy square tubing and large bolts. Needs upholstery.
This is the place where it all happens . My own little world away from all the annoyances. Love it just love it!
Still working on my 35 . Added Edelbrock heads (used) and two deuces on a offy manifold. OH! and a new heilical M-19 oil pump. Oil pressure runs at 45 psi and idles around 15 psi.
I realy need to replace the old oil filter or paint this one. The fuel line came from Speedway. Had to add an electric fuel pump adjacent to the fuel tank to help the mechanical one at highway speeds ;she sputtered at 70 mph. Have a 3.0 Maverick differental with a three speed open tail shaft truck tranny.
It is still a 35 Ford and is slowly coming together flat motor and all.
It was a struggle installing the bed by myself but I found a way that didn't hurt too bad. I still haven't buffed out the paint job but it looks good and very yellow, chrome yellow actually.
Picture shows the Mac's oak bed kit that I believe is manufactured by Bruce Hornkey out of Mobley MO. The box kind of sets it off, don't you think?
The fenders add a different look and about 30 inches to the width. I've since added the running boards, kind of moving from aft to forward.
