The inspirational message that I got was that
sound is a force that has the ability to heal lives.
This makes me want to center myself in Spirit so that the vibrations that radiate from my music are healing to the souls of those that hear it. I invite you to do the same whether you speak, sing, play, dance, paint, cook, teach or otherwise express your creative energy.

Honorary Sister of Saint Cecilia

Victoria Maragos who passed away in November, 1999. This was taken in Avalon Bay on Santa Catalina Island by our mutual friend Thomas L Moran. Victoria was a fine singer/songwriter and guitarist whose very presence was healing.

Sadly, my dear friend Tom Moran who took the above picture of Victoria passed away early this summer (2002) after a courageous bout with cancer. He leaves behind his wife Jodie and son Sam. While we all miss him I'm sure Heaven is now a much funnier (and fun) place with the two of them together. Tom was a wonderful chef and restaurateur on Catalina Island. I shall never forget scraping butter and egg off the ceilng of my apartment the day he decided to come over and cook me Eggs Benedict and forgot to replace the center in the lid of the blender before he turned it on. Blessings, Tom.

To you from me:

Being awake, alive and aware in every moment is a tough row to hoe and as we all learn together from each other things will become more melodic ( the way our own note sounds ) and harmonic ( the chords we create with our combined voices). I love hearing your individual stories and will gradually share mine with you. At the moment I want to focus on St. Cecilia and the expansion of all the material I am gathering on her. I have had suggestions that I explore other Mother energies from other cultures. Your feedback is welcome and valuable as I develop this site.
Blessings,Carol
