This is How, I Personally Do Them :) If you decide, that you would like a long distance Shamballa attunement, we will first, decide upon a time, that is mutally acceptable, to both parties. All of my long distance attunements, are done on the phone now, so I will call you, at the time we decide for the attunement. Or, they can be done, hands free, if you have Yahoo IM, with speakers & microphone :) Before I do each attunement, I will email you a couple of things. One is a page, where you can click on the shamballa booklet, which you can print out....this is something that was passed on to me, and you can pass on to your own students... Also on this same page, you can also access a video, of my shamballa class, for that particular level. The only thing you need, to view it, is you need high speed internet access. If you DON'T have high speed internet access, that is OK, as I also have a site with CLASS NOTES, for each class, and it has EVERYTHING I teach in my classes. I will send you both of these :) If for some reason you dont have a printer, and you do decide to do the attunements, I will snail mail them to you. Once we set up a time, the way it works is I will call you, and go over important things you need to know on the phone, and give you a chance to ask any initial questions. I will ask you sit in a chair, at your house, that I can walk in front of, and behind, just like as if I WAS there with you, in person. I will also have an empty chair here, at my house, and I will do the attunement, just as if you were really sitting in that chair, HERE, in r/l. As we do the attunement, which is always done out-loud, I will tell you everything I am doing, as I am doing it....so you will always know what is going on throughout the whole thing.... Then, when we are done, we can share any experiences we may have had, you can ask any questions, and we can practice certain things if you feel you want to, like "asking for permission" or long distance healing. HOW AN ATTUNEMENT WORKS: -I will begin by going over any important information for each particular Level, and answer any questions the student may have, after sending the initial information for each attunement. - The attunement begins by cleansing and protecting the areas, both yours and my own. -Then, I will call in the Lords & Ladies of Shamballa, including The Ascended Masters, The Arch Angels, & both of our Spirit Guides and M.A.P Teams. - Then I will walk behind you, sitting in the chair, and place my hands over your crown chakra, to connect with your energy. -Next, I will open up, your crown chakra. -After this, I will download the symbols, out-loud, into, your crown chakra. -Next, you will be asked to put your hands into prayer position, at your 3rd-eye, and to spread your fingers apart, keeping your hands together. I will then interlock my fingers, over yours, to activate your finger chakras. -Then, you can put your hands, down in your lap, and I will come and kneel before you. Next, I will download the symbols, into your palm chakras. -Next, I will open your heart chakra, and activate it. -Then, I will go down to your feet, and download the symbols into your feet, and then activate your foot chakras, to ground the shamballa energy. -Once this is done, I will walk around behind you, and draw the Raku symbol, behind your back, to separate our energies. -I will then, touch you on the shoulder, and say, "Welcome, to Shamballa Level _____" -At this point, I will thank, the Lords and Ladies of Shamballa, that attended the attunement, and ask them to "Go in Peace." Please note, although I personally believe in the power of long distance attunements and have performed hundreds with excellent results, the Shamballa Multi-Dimensional Healing Foundation no longer recognizes those who get long distance attunements, and although you will be attuned to the Shamballa energies, you will not be able to get certified by the Foundation.
