Beau's foldable cot, which I ordered in '94 from Foster & Smith catalog (veterinary company based in Rhinelander, Wisconsin). Size small for $29.95 (also had medium & large for extra prices). It's made of very tough thick nylon that's washable (I wash it under the shower), and no fleas can embed in it. It's no longer available in the market as a foldable. There are non-foldable cots still available today, but none as good as this one! Beau loves it. Notice some of his favorite toys, a Swivel Ball (battery-operated that rolls around where Beau chases & grunts after it!), the other a frisbie that he loves to carry around and attempt to fling it back & forth...

DOGGIE BAG, which was an As Seen on TV (I never saw on TV, LOL) product introduced in the early '90s in red, blue, or black; small (0-7 lbs.), medium (8-12), or large (13-18); priced at $24.95. I ordered it for Beau in large-black (large because of Beau's long back & thick hair; black because it's a neutral color and matches everything else). This offer also came with a free coordinating nylon leash (black my choice). Doggie Bag is made of nylon, also. The fasteners are made of velcro. The thick loop on top is for hand-carrying, as well as to slide the seat belt through. This product is not recommended for Dachshunds or cats. The company was based in Mt. Vernon, Missouri and sold only by mail-order. It's no longer made which is ironic, because it's a neat invention and comes very handy! I first heard of this product in Dog Fancy magazine's July 1993 issue (yes, with that Tzu on the front cover!), p. 69.

And, here's my wondrous Beau as my gracious model below:

In my apartment swimming pool...

In downtown Phoenix participating in the annual 'Sunday at Central' [Avenue] parade (briefly)...

Volunteering at the ACDHH (Arizona Commission for the Deaf and the Hard of Hearing) booth at the Arizona State Fair...

At PetsMart store sampling a new toy...

Modeling in a limousine- before I left (without him- too loud for him!) enroute to a Bon Jovi concert...

On the plane seat (America West Airlines) enroute to Burbank, California to attend an autograph convention, where he met many wonderful celebs. Yes, he's very calm on plane rides...

On the city bus ride enroute to the Arizona State Fair to help out at a booth. The blue/red hair bands (with ribbon attached to his collar) is a somber reminder of 9/11...

Beau's 1st car ride in my used hatchback '78 AMC Gremlin (great car and love '70s retro), riding all over Phoenix as I did errands. Merchants loved him and always welcomed him. He's ALOTTA fun!
