This "Manipulation Experiment" is a premeditated act of serious error with spiritual and possibly legal consequences. In this particular case, an offense to the command of Jesus Christ to "Feed my Sheep" has been transgressed by more than one. Although FATHER MICHATEK signed it, this is the work of a DISINFORMATION AGENCY with premeditated malicious intent.
ADVENT MESSAGE TO ST. JOHN the Evangelist Church, Spencerport, NY in Dec 3rd, 2000 bulletin from FR. BILL MICHATEK: "Our faith is suppose to be a source of unity for us but the factions that have developed over the renovation of the church has disturbed me deeply ....There are definite boundaries that have to be respected and adhered to....Much of the CONTROVERSIAL DISCUSSION CENTERED ON THE LOCATION OF THE TABERNANCLE....DISSENT has been part of every community. It is FINE TO WORK FOR CHANGE, whether your issue is to go back to Pre-Vatican II practices, married priests, or BIRTH CONTROL, etc. but in the meantime we remain within the teaching of the Church. THAT IS WHAT WE CALL LOYAL DISSENT. HOWEVER DISSENT CAN PLACE YOU OUTSIDE THE COMMUNITY. THAT IS WHAT HAPPENED AT THE LOCAL CORPUS CHRISTI PARISH EVENT"... (emphasis added)
Then to compound the ERROR of DISINFORMATION, the following was mailed to all the Catholic parishioners in the village of Spencerport in the "ST. JOHN'S NEWSLETTER" Volume 41-December, 2000:

This has not come without much DISCUSSION AND DISSENT that has troubled me deeply. In the Church we realize that there are procedures to follow and approval to be sought for most things. We have asked a lot of questions and they have been answered by the diocese and are included in the report. There are definite BOUNDARIES that have to be respected and adhered to. Catholics are not noted for their acceptance of change. There have been many significant changes in these past 30 years. I read recently that the only humans that relish change are infants with dirty diapers.'
"SOME PEOPLE, including some within our midst, HAVE DISSENTED from the Church guidelines and want to ignore them. DISSENT CAN PLACE YOU OUTSIDE THE COMMUNITY. It is fine to work for change, but in the meantime we stay within the Churh's teaching. A SIMILAR thing happened in CORPUS CHRISTI CHURCH not long ago in their DISSENT from the teaching on Ordination of women and other issues.THAT HAD TO BE DEALT WITH. ANOTHER DISTURBING suggestion of this group was to PROTEST renovation by WITHOLDING FINANCIAL SUPPORT of the parish. Funding for renovation will be separate from ordinary funds. Witholding regular Sunday contributions will, in the end, harm the whole parish. I am concerend about the EXAMPLE this anger gives to our children. I use the words of St. Paul..(1Cor 1:10-11). May this season be a holy time as we prepare to celebrate the Birth of Christ. PEACE & JOY, FR. BILL MICHATEK" (emphasis added)
editors note: 12 to 14 hundred Catholics attend St. John the Evangelist on Sunday (men, women and children). Two years ago, 400 St. John families signed the petition requesting that the TABERNACLE not be moved. Their struggle has been a magnificent example of the laity trying to keep the FAITH FOR POSTERITY. Using "change their hearts" guidelines they have communicated the concern of parishioners to their parish and diocese. They have kept many like myself at "straight-arm length" to avoid publicity. They even requested that video of St. John the Evangelist be removed from this site. However, these latest tricks are an ATTACK on all Catholics.
With those PRE-meditated manipulation tactics, (phase IV-'THE RENOVATION MANIPULATION"), the PASTOR, Fr. Michatek with the assistance of the MEDIATION/DISINFORMATION office of the diocese COUPLED the parishioners of St. John who are opposed to the MOVING of their parish TABERNACLE with the followers of FORMER PRIEST, JIM CALLAN.
"Jim" preaches; (a) HOMOSEXUAL unions,(b) "All" agnostics, Jews. Protestants or Muslims are welcome to Holy Communion, and (c) CONCELEBRATION/CO-CONSECRATION with Mary Ramerman and Denise Denato.
Although it has been kept confidential, we believe due to numerous letters, with documentation enclosed to Vatican Curia, and Pope John Paul II, AS WELL AS information sent to Cardinal O'Connor, AND THE N.Y. State Catholic Bishops Conference; Cardinal Ratzinger, in the summer of 98,, forced Bishop Clark to address those "abc's" of heresy.
Jim Callan and Mary Rammerman, using their rights as Americans, with a thousand supporters exiled themselves in a state of self-excommunication, and started a congregation called Spiritus Christi.

This writer found some chunks of marble in
the dumpster. The dumpster was in front of St.
Ambrose on Empire Blvd.
Those who should know have stated that
the altar table and communion rail marble
have been preserved, and will be reinstalled
as part of renovation. (marble from commmunion rails would have another architectural function).
we hoped the marble found in dumpster may be from the risers between altar steps. We now realize the marble we obtained was part of original communion rails. Also, every indication despite covering of altar table with slabs of gray, is that the original altar table was demolished or removed.
Does the progressive mentality understand the significance of relics and where have they gone?
This attempt to break our blood and soul connection to our heroic saints/martyrs are significantly strange "renovations".

a very excellent renovation for a small Domus Dei at St. Andrews Roman Catholic Church before Bishop Clark mandated removal of tabernacle from sanctuary 23 months after renovation.
Father Richard Vosko-reckovator extraordinaire,
but not a certified architect. This man is not
board certified. Therefore his contract for services as an architect would not be legally binding.
They who contract him do not have to pay
him for services rendered, If they reject his plans,
there is no legal liability requiring payment of this
uncertified programmer of utilitarian space. We believe it is a "gentleman's agreement" between the diocese and a "liturgical design consultant" (Vosko), who draws on his programming experience to give the architect the ultimate design plans. For example, we believe, possibly two years ago, Vosko looked at Saced Heart and knew he was going to recommend the same plan that he drew up for St. John the Evangelist Cathedral in Milwaukee, which can be seen on one of our recent flyers along with Cathedrals at Los Angeles, Seattle, and San Antonio.
Why would a parish or diocese spend millions of dollars under the guidance of this programmer, who moves across the nation making a fortune by
destroying the sanctuarys of Domus Dei? This
priest is never seen in a clerical collar or suit.
Men and Women who follow Richard Vosko's
gospel believe the document Environment and
Art in Catholic Worship is a definitive authority
to reckovate at will. This "document" is really
a statement from a 1978 committee of the
NCCB. (National Conference of Catholic Bishops)
Plese note that a "statement" does not mean a "document".
The authenticity of EACW was explained by Bishop Fiorenze, President of the NCCB.(Nov, 2000) Bishop Fiorenze stated that the "statement" Environment and Art in Catholic Worship of 1978, which "came from a committee only and not from this body of Bishops" is "NON-OPERATIVE"
The truth about EACW is stated in Volume 55 of
"The Jurist", a eminenet canon law journal, in
a article about Art and Environment in Catholic
Worship (EACW). This canon law journal wrote
the following years ago:
"the statement is not, nor does it purport in any
way to be, a law or general decree of the confer-
ence of bishps, emanating from the NCCB's
legislative power, neither is it a general decree
of that body. Thus it lacks, and there is no sug-
gestion that it has, juridically binding or obligatory
force, for which both two thirds of affirmative vote
of the conference's de jure membership and the
recognitio of the Apostolic See are required."
Yet, " liturgists" and "architects" swept the nation with this "statement" in hand, claiming it was Vatican approved and American Bishop approved. It was the stroke of a master magician, not authentic church guidelines.
Posterity and the Communion of Saints will remember this unfortunate and troublesome attack on Domus Dei. The allies of the "Vosko school" have ruined their own reputations, because they have pursued success coming out of the barrio of deceit.
