THE PLEIADIANS & OTHER MEMBERS ON BOARD THE SHIPS!

Upon the Ships in the Fleets of Ashtar, there are many types of races & one of them is the Pleiadians! Although the Pleiadians are humanoid there are races that are not necessarily humanoid that perform wonderful tasks on board the ships!
There is a race that are like the Lions, humanoid in form, they have very hairy heads with the similarity of what a Lion would be--wider noses & sunlight colored hair! They have Great Courage & they are very smart! They work in the Sciences!
The Pleiadians have pets that fix things on board the ships! They are very intelligent!!! Other races have differances in that their faces & hands are not like ours!

The Pleiadian Star & Crystal Meditation!

The Meditation is done after you have made a 5-pointed star large enough on a piece of material so that you can stand or sit in the middle of it! The Star & yourself are aimed at the direction of North!
Focus on a central thought that you want to manifest!
You take your medium size clear quartz crystal (that has a point on it) & hold it in your 2 hands together! (You can sit or stand for this ceremony!) Holding the crystal in a downward position, you inhale upwards with the crystal (moving your arms straight upwards) & exhale back downwards (moving your arms down holding the crystal)! When you exhale, open your mouth somewhat so there is a swooshing sound (the same time that you are bringing the arms & crystal downwards!) Do this 7 times!
You have now charged your star-circle for 3 days with the energies you have brought into your area! You can recharge your star-circle at anytime but the energies will stay for 3 days from that last time you did your Meditation!
After you have done your exercise, you may sit in your circle & FEEL the energies & just enjoy your contact!
