Saturday, August 21st, 2004, marked my
20-Year Anniversary performing for you as a Female Impersonator! It was August 21st, 1984, when I, as Amanda Love, first set foot on stage at Zippers in Tulsa! It also marked my final show as Host of the Saturday Night Showcase at the Hi-Lo Club. After 13 years at the Hi-Lo, and the last 8 as the Host, I feel it's time to step down, take a leave of absence, and pass the torch. It's been a great ride, but I need some time off to revive my creative juices! I have some other theatrical plans in mind as well. Please continue to check back with me and this website for any future bookings and endeavors! And I thank you for your years of love and support! |
