living bread
POEM TITLED LIVING BREAD
A man in the desert starves and therefore must trust that the person on the horizon brings true bread and not a crust . A man in the city yearns for the right words to set him free but is too hardened by the despair around him that he sees. For both men, One travels on the horizon, carrying true living bread and saying to them, "Cast your troubles on me, I will carry them for you instead."
