How to put a colored border around an image, or text.

    (To make a frame)

To put one color border around an image, or text, you need to use a table code.
    Here is the code:
    <center><table bgcolor="your color" border="10"><tr><td><img src="URL of your image"></table></td></tr></center>

For more layers to your border just repete the table tags, how ever many times you need to, and closing table tags to match. Meaning, if you use two <table bgcolor="red" border="10"><TR><TD><table bgcolor="red" border="10"><TR><TD> to have a double border, you would have to use two closing tags as well.</table></td></tr></table></TD></TR>

    Example for two borders:
    <center><table bgcolor="your color" border="10"><tr><td><table bgcolor="your color" border="10"><tr><td><img src="URL of your image></table></td></tr></table></td></tr></center>

To use a background intead of a color:
    <center><table background="URL of your background" border="10"><tr><td><img src="URL of image"></table></td></tr> </center>

Play around with the border= number to get the size you wish. The higher the number, the wider your frame.
