---as of 09/23/09 we have made over 1700 contacts on hf,vhf,uhf. Over 300 youngsters have had some contact with amateur radio, either as visitors or 3rd party operators. Twelve youngsters have gotten their ham licenses through the DAR club. The latest to get licensed was Abbey on 9/19/09.
