"There's nothing better than listening to a good blues song to make you realize just how good you've got things. My musician cousin, Hally, turned me onto the blues when I was young. I fell in love with them the moment I heard him strum the first few lines of a Muddy Waters' song. I don't guess my life's been the same ever since.
What you will see on the pages that follow are the blues lyrics I have written. Some of them I wrote thirty years , some fifteen or twenty years ago. I hope you enjoy reading them as much as I enjoyed writing them. faith mairee January 25, 2004 |
