1~HEAD OF CABBAGE (SHREDDED)
SPRINKLE 1~TSP. OF SALT OVER THE CABBAGE. BRUISE BY SQUEEZING WITH YOUR HAND. LET STAND 1 HOUR. THEN DRAIN. ADD 1 GRATED CARROT.

BOIL THE FOLLOWING TOGETHER AND BOIL 2 MIN.
1~CUP VINEGAR, 1/4~CUP WATER, 2~CUPS SUGAR, 1~TSP, CELERY SEED,
1~ TSP. MUSTARD SEED .
POUR OVER SHREDDED CABBAGE.
LET COOL BEFORE FREEZING.
YOU CAN FREEZE IN SMALL CONTAINERS. TO SUIT YOUR FAMILY NEED.
