This cemetary has close family ties to the James Chapel cemetary a little more than a half mile before this one. It is a more recent burial site for some of the same families.

  • LOCATION: ST. STEPHENS, AL. / off of hwy. 43 south when you pass Leroy High School you turn at the churches of Leroy billboard onto hwy. 34 drive about 6.5 miles into St. Stephens turn right by the First United Methodist Church and you will see the Old St. Stephens historical park sign. Drive about a mile until you see where the pavement ends and the church is on the right up on a hill with the cemetary next to it very visible.

Upon entering the cemetary from the church yard and facing the road, I began listing and numbering the graves in proxmity and giving the location in relation to adjacent gaves. Some are in obvious groupings and I will seperate those groups.
