I am God. I am All Good.
I am Love. I am Peace, I am Joy.
I am in the rivers and in the mountains.
I am in the song of a bird.
I am in the laughter of a child.
You have seen Me and yet have perceived me not.
You have shut your inner eye to My Presence.
Awaken now and know that I AM.
Know that I am within you and all around you.
Though My Dominion reaches farther than the farthest star,
Seek Me not in distant places.
I am within you.
Others have found Me, but seek not to know Me
Only through another's knowing.
I am within you.
I will show you My Way.
My way is the way of Love.

This was written while I was searching for answers through prayer about forty years ago, and presented in the "Harmony of Life" web site in November 2001.
The first part of this poem started originally as "Where can I find Him," my soul cried out, "Where can I find my God? I have sought to know Him better through books, and now where has He gone?" This is the answer received to that question, and the rest of that opening to the poem has now been forgotten. You might want to supply your own in your own mind.
