.... c1937 Consider subjects pertaining to the CAC upon which the Chief of CA my desire the board's opinion and recommendations with a view to the improvement of the CAC.

 

Submarine Mine Depot

A command to:

.... 1. Develop Submarine mine materiel and methods.

.... 2. Procurement of supplies of Submarine mine materiel.

.... 3. Storage and issue of submarine mine property.

.... 4. Preparation and instructions for the use, care, storage and disposition of this property.

 

Commanding General, Army Ground Forces

The CG, AGF is charged with furthering the orderly continuity and progressive development of the CAC, and with the following specific duties:

.. 1. Operation of replacement training centers and schools.

.. 2. Determination of the military characteristics of weapons and other equipment and preparation of TOE, TOBA and STOA.

.. 3. Submission to the CG, Service of Supply, of such recommendations on construction, shelter, training aids, movements, supply, equipment,real estate, estimate of funds for field training and travel and such other matters as may be necessary.

.. 4. Direct supervision of the CA Board.
