Some
of
Ivan's
thoughts
of
Huatulco...

  • Calm, clear, clean bays.
  • Streets named after the streets of Miami Beach. (I only found that out after trying to find the Federal Police station so I could get permission to get my 1982 Tornado back after running out of diesel because my fuel gauge has never worked since the Toronada became part of my property....
  • One star to five star hotels.
  • Deep sea fishing.
  • No high rise buildings.
  • Very little pollution.
  • International Airport.
  • Direct Tourista/High Class/Very Comfortable/Stereo Sound/Direct bus to TAPO Station in Mexico City.
  • All the water sports, entertainment, specialty shops available at any high class beach resort town.
  • Whale watching
  • No big crowds like Hawaii...Acapulco...San Diego...Farmers Market Seattle on Pike Street...Fair Grounds during Iowa State Fair...Yokohama City Street...Mombasa...Fish Market across street from Trinity College in Dublin...London Underground with 2 big suit cases on wheels...Chicago Train Station...Interstate 5...Kings Cross...Every Where in Hong Kong, Manila, Bar 5 blocks from Universal Studio's Burbank wasn't bad...Portland was a little nutty during the Rose Festival, but I had a good time...Waiting for a Pizza at Casey's General Store in Mitchellville during Half Time during the Super Bowl...The Men's Toilet at the Iowa State Fair during a each of the 3 Def Leopard Concerts I attended...trying to find the Limo in Ames Iowa after the last Pink Floyd Concert....Thank you Chad! That would have been a long cab ride that night...
  • Still NO McDonalds or Burger King!
  • Good radio.
