It all started in 1974. I was 10 at the time..my first paid performance.
The next step...A Whiteface.
This was a free library show(at least 100 kids and 100 degrees down there in the basement) Around the year 1976
The next "J"
A much better whiteface. I took on this face for about 10 years. During this time I also worked for "Circus Playhouse Restaurant and was...(see next picture)
Lionel Lion
The restaurant finally closed and I purchased the costume and now use him for assorted walk around jobs. (shown here with his trainer)(My wife Cheryl)
Next came "Chuck E Cheese"
I met my wife there and was the "Chief Rat" for about 10 years there and also ran their interactive show (next picture)
"The Family Album"
The show was run from behind a 1 way mirror and I "spoke" thru all 3 of these characters, who also played popular 1980's songs. Left to right are "Nadine", or "Dee-Dee"- "Randy",(the leader)- and "Tommy-John", or "TJ" I really miss running this show,but when the company was sold, it was shipped back to the owners who made it.
Mr. Munch
Also from Chuck E.Cheese...He was like a 3 year old child and very fun to portray.
