IMPORTANT UPDATE........... As you read what happen to me, I want you to know some thing. No one will help me investigate this. Not the police in Utica. Not the District Attorney's Office in Utica. Not the X-DA of Utica, Mike Arcuri, who is now Congressmen. I wrote to him and he sent my letter to another Congress-women in California, in my District. Why send my letter to her for a CRIME THAT HAPPEN IN UTICA ??? WHY ??? He, Congressmen Mike Arcuri NEVER wrote back to me. I sent the same letter to the Utica and Washington DC office. And I have also been told that the Statue of Limitation has expired by the DA's Office. I also talked to an FBI Agent in Utica, who said his name is Jim. When he heard my x-husband's name, he started laughing. Like he was some joke. WHY ??? Why are the people who are in Authority in Utica, NY, not helping me find out the truth? Are they RELATED to the people who did this to me?

The only way I can explain what happen to me is to start in the middle...........................It was May 10, 1989. My husband and I went to the vital statistics office. I ordered 3 birth certificates.. One for me, and one for my daughter born on 10/17/66 and one for my other daughter, born on 12/28/67. The lady, "L.T", filled out mine, and even let me look at my name in the book..then she started to fill out the other one's. I asked to look in the book.. then` she said " Oh, you had twin's " I looked behind me to see who she was talking to, but no one was there. I realized she was talking to me. I told her, ' No, I didn't have twin's. " I realized that she was reading the entry wrong. In 1980, my second husband had done a step-parent adoption. So now the girls names were different. One had her middle and last name changed, and the other one only had her last name changed. So I told her. She, told me that she didn't beleave that I was the mother of the girl's, becouse the mother would remember that she had twin's. That if it was up to her, I would not get the birth certificate's, but becouse they were public record she, had to give them to me. As soon as she, gave me the certificates, she, told me to leave or she, was going to call the cop's. She, even walked me and my husband to the door. At the door I asked her to please tell me what daughter she, was talking about. The one born in 66, or 67. I begged her to tell me and she, said "GET OUT OR I'M CALLING THE COP'S". I couldn't understand why? So we went outside. And my husband say's, "I didn't know you had twin's." and I looked at him and said "Neither did I"........ Yet at the same time this was all happening I was having a number of flashbacks............ I started to remember what had happen in the delivery room, and later in my hospital room.... But only bit's and peices..I couldn't remember which child this all happen with. Two day's later we left Utica to return home to California. By the time we got home, all that had happen at the Vital Statistics Office was forgotten....Gone..... It wasn't until 1995 that I remembered what had happen that day....
