First Day home Karma and the puppies are relaxing in the kitchen while I get the whelping box moved downstairs. (No stairs for Karma for a few days!)

4 weeks First visitors!

Feeding time!

5weeks I just tossed "Mr. Squirrel" across the kitchen floor. She's interested...but will she pick him up?

Yes! She's a five week old retriever!

6 weeks A week of rain has forced the puppies to spend their "outside time" on the porch. This afternoon we were treated to a Parade!

Socialization is hard work!

A 7 week old puppy can be taught to sit in just a few minutes. Really! Of course, they can learn a bad habit just as quickly!

This is Camille. She'll be staying here.

Sam is proving to be a World Class puppysitter. If only I could teach him to open the door to let her out periodically, she'd be housetrained in no time!
