Can a woman wear pants a be a spiritual leader?

Most women probably think that that question is none of my business and that I'm only starting trouble by bringing it up. Let me tell you about a woman I knew a few years back who worked as a fortune teller for one of those county fair traveling carnivals. She told me that all she would do is tell people what ever would come to mind. And if you told people to do something really wacky, they would love you for it and come back again and again. She also told me that she could not stand outside the booth in pants and get one person to come in to have their fortune told. In order to make any money at all, she would wear a bandana tied to the side and a long flowing pattern dress. If the worldly people do not want a woman telling them a fake fortune wearing pants, why would the world trust a woman who is supposed to be a church leader who does? This, by the way is not my opinion, but the facts that were told to me by a woman herself.
