The town park is the biggest "PRIDE" in Brookfield . It took time and work to get it built.
The walking track is about a 1/2 mile long, also wheelchair accessible and all blacktoped, and there are benches along the track. The park is all flat. The biggest problem is when Beaver Creek floods over the track. Many people use the track. Over the course of a day on average about 20-25 people use it, rain:shine: or snow. The park has many picnic tables, enough for about 70 people, if you put 6 people per table. The pole-barn is loaded, it has bathrooms, and almost a full kitchen. The ballfields are made of a kind of red clay.
The park is always open to graduation partys and family get-to-gethers.
On hot days you can walk in Beaver Creek, its shallow enough, but it has deep spots and young kids should be
watched when in the creek at all times.
The park always has people who keep a eye out for trouble, or people who try to destroy the park.

Things that might and will be in the park in the future-

-basketball court
-possible BBQ grills
-lighting
