Coming around the S-Curve at the Washer-Dryer Waterfront.
This is the view as you walk in the front door (with drawbridge down).
The Bedroom Junction and the drawbridge in the fore-ground... and Washer-Dryer-S-Curve in the far-ground...
Heavy traffic zone for lots of trains...
Also a heavy bumbing zone for humans, I have actually broken the layout a few times through here!... and lots of damage at the Washer-Dryer S-Curve while doing laundry, despite my best efforts!
...(as of August 2006) still trying to "think-up" a solution, or moving...
What it looks like with the Drawbridge up...
and this is the view as you walk in the front door.
This section sticks out one foot and has become a hazard for bumping into, I have actually broken the layout a few times through here by bumping into this section...
(Jan 2007) I'm currently still trying to "dream-up" a solution... possibly raise the whole layout up to about 6 inches from the ceiling...
Flying again, over the drawbridge and junction.
Drawbridge UP.---
It was very easy to make by the way
(details and sketch are later in this website)
Northeast Corner, May 2000.
Yard B is to the left, and the Drawbridge is on the right.
