Tranquility Zone
TruthfulHeart's Tranquility Zone is a serene, quiet space of inspirational readings, music, meditation, and personal introspection. We welcome those of all ages, backgrounds, beliefs and cultures who seek a greater sense of balance in their lives. This environment nurtures a sense of wellbeing that helps in dealing with the stresses and pressures of modern life.
Take this time of self- care and kindness to reflect and meditate, for healing words and Connection to uplift and refresh your entire being.
This is a time of rest and opening for heart, mind and spirit, and for sharing gems of your journey, if you wish. Our guidelines help keep us safe, respectful, open-hearted and focused, We don't seek agreement as much as thoughtful insight and personal awareness.
Ultimately, each of us has our own unique experience of Spirit and must live from that experience. We honor the emerging consciousness of all our emotions, of wholeness, healing, and of embracing body, mind, heart and Spirit. Inner exploration, sweet communion, healing words, and community bring us deeper into the possibilities and mysteries of the Divine.
The heart of these gatherings lasts about an hour, and may include additional social time as well; potluck dessert or dinner or cofee afterwords, etc.
We begin with quiet music, uplifting readings, and time for introspection on the chosen topic. Everyone has their own perspective and we invite those who wish to share a bit from their own reverence, authenticity and life experience.* Our interchanges can be thought- provoking, lively, soothing and nourishing as well as fun, fascinating, and touching.
Tranquility Zone is free and open to all seekers of the heart from any or no religious background and culture.

Our Vision and Guidelines for listening and sharing:
The Essence of our Being is Spirit: the essence of Spirit is love.
We are here for the healing of ourselves and our world, not to lecture, give advice, or change anyone else.
We share from our own experience, finding common ground that allows for joining.
Love is listening, and we do so non- judgementally, with an open heart.
We respect ourselves and each other as unique, and as being right where we need to be at this moment.

Yoga breathing. Mantra or meditation as time and circumstances indicate.
Or if there is time & desire we will have a 2nd sharing go round== we can also

Within this budding community we explore how we can understand and live our lives more deeply grounded in personal investigation, independent thought, and the growing consciousness of "what matters". It is fun, participatory, fascinating, and touching. We have lively conversation, creative community, and share our wisdom and stories. We are comfortable in coming to questions that touch our hearts and our daily lives, and bring us home to the possibilities and mysteries of Something Greater at work....
Casual gatherings open all participants to a greater sense of the Divine, Creative Life Force and are a place to honor, to heal, and to celebrate all of Life.

Pajama Ministries:
Tele-Gatherings / Tele-Cafes / Tele- Groups & Tele-Classes
Our Pajama Ministry was created for those who are house- bound or who would like to save travel time, or simply enjoy personal and spiritual connection frrom the relaxing comfort of their own homes.
What it is
Tele-Gatherings are live, interactive gatherings over the telephone. You can join in from the comfort, privacy, and convenience of your home or office.
How does at work?
Each group is facilitated by an experienced Host who pre-plans each gathering, welcomes callers and facilitates meetiing. The gatherings are usually 50 minutes to an hour long: you may participate as much or as little as you wish.
What are the costs?
The gathering is free, but you may have long distance fees.
Each participant is given a phone number and class code to call in to a teleconferencing center. You are charged your usual long distance charge*¹ for placing the call. If there is an additional fee for the tele-gathering it is noted with the class information.
To keep costs even lower some people like to dial 10-10-987, then dial 1+ the phone number.*² The costs then are billed on your regular phone company's monthly statement. A typical one hour call costs about $2 dollars.
*¹ Your phone rate may be as low as 5 or 6 cents a minute, or between $3.00 and $4.00 per call. Costs from Canada may run about $6 per call.
*² A service through Telecom USA-- you are billed 3 cents a minute and a per-call connection fee of $0.35.
