Olympus Cocker Spaniels are dedicated to producing American Cocker Spaniels that can be both beautiful as well as have a sound temperament and wonderful health. We health test our breeding Cockers to the upmost of our ability. We do not raise any of our Cockers in a kennel type situitation. They run together in a community inside our home, but are crated when we leave and at night to insure proper protection. Puppies are whelped in a bedroom where they are handled from birth. Puppies are temperament tested at seven weeks of age by a dog behaviorist and well socialized until placed in the proper home. At that time it is up to you, as the new owner, to continue on this path of socialization and health care. All of our puppies are sold free of communicable diseases as well as a written genetic health guarantee. We include a shot and worming record with every puppy. To do any less would be a disservice to this lovely breed. We will ALWAYS take any puppies back. All you have to do is ask. Remember that we are here for YOU. These will come with AKC paperwork unless requested. Prices start at $800.00 with AKC paperwork ******UPDATE******* We have developed a new policy. We have noticed that 99.9% of our clients DO NOT send in the AKC paperwork when provided with the puppy. This happens to many breeders. This has made the AKC request that all litter registration paperwork (including address and phone numbers of new owners) be provided to them. Therefore AKC has the chance to contact those new owners and try to get them to register the puppies. Due to some of our clients wanting to remian private on this front, we now offer our AKC registered puppies WITHOUT AKC REGISTRATION to pet homes. We will provide you with the same puppy, same health guarantee, and the pedigree information but if you are not breeding or doing obedience for AKC titles, there is really no need for the paperwork. Does this mean we will not give you AKC paperwork if requested? NO. It just means we prefer pet homes. If you must have AKC paperwork on your puppy, the price raises 800.00 to 1200.00
