COLORADO HERE WE COME
In 1958, the Charles Carducci family left Chicago Heights and moved to Pueblo,Colorado where Charles became Sales Manager for his Grandfather's Pepsi Cola Co.In Pueblo, the family moved into 3500 St. Claire st. and Charles began a long and successful career with Pepsi Cola.Not only did Joe pick the right person to head sales but, although he did not know it at the time, he picked someone who turned out to be one of the top 2 sales managers in the Pepsi Cola industry.This was borne out during a Company contest to search for the best sales managers in the country.Charles was selected second out of over 700 sales managers across the country.In addition, he led the Pueblo company to becoming one of the highest sales per capita plants in the U.S.Rosemary headed the home front raising their three children and was very active in their education with all three graduating from the local catholic high school and going on to college.At one point during their high school years, she led a campaign that garnished enough stamps to buy the Catholic High nuns a new car.In addition she helped Chuck whenever she could by doing thngs such as working the pepsi sample booth thruout the city. |

Charles( 2nd from right) headed a sales dept that made Pueblo #1 per capita sales west of the Mississippi.Also in picture receiving per capita award is Charles uncle's joe(rt) and Carl(2nd from lft.).In addition, his grandfather, Mike, is standing to Charles left.
Charles' Uncle Joe made the right decision when he made Chuck head of the sales dept.Here he is receiving the award for being 2nd out of 700 sales managers in the country during Pepsi's search for the top sales managers.

Rosemary was always active in her childrens' schools.Here she gathered enough stamps to purchase a car for the sisters who taught at Pueblo Catholic High.
Both Charles and Rosemary emphasized education to their children with all three graduating from a Catholic high school and going on to college. Donna earned a scholarship to Denver University.David graduated with a marketing degree from Colorado University and Tim won a Scholarship to Colorado State College in Greeley.
