A NEW CHAPTER AND A NEW CENTURY

It took a few years for the Family to get adjusted to life without Rosemary,who like the Carducci women before her,was the glue that kept the family together.But life must go on and Charles ,his children,and their families look forward to the beginning of a new century just as Pasquale did 100 yrs ago.Charles still lives in Amarillo but spends alot time in Colorado where Tim and Kay have built a guest house for him at their Carducci Ranch high in the Sange Cristo mountains of southern Colorado.Their son Brad is an executive with Nationwide Insurance and along with his son Timothy Cannon livrs in Dallas. Donna lives in Virginia with her husband Dave Macurdy and started teaching at the local high school after her 2 girls finished college.Her oldest daughter Amy is a MD and the other Kim is a RN.Dave Carducci who went to work for the parent company Pepsi after college is retired after 39 years with Pepsi and is living in Florida.He has 2 boys Matt and Kevin and one girl Caitlan.Matt and his wife Rose live in Ohio while Kevin lives in California.Caitland is attending Duquense University on a Lacrosse scholarship.
Pasquale began the 20th century with hope and excitement that his family would have a better life in America.He would be happy knowing that his hopes have been fufilled through his children and grandchildren,for they were able to achieve the American dream.Hopefully the Carducci's of the 21st century will never forget that the fruits of life that they enjoy come from seeds planted by Pasquale many years before them.
