Over the years as a Bikerpoetry Columnist, I have featured at least a couple dozen Bikerpoets. Some I have run into on the Road, such as Big Geno, Who wrote the "Modern Day Barbarians," a perfect bound paperback book, published in the late 70's, early 80's; who I met in the parking lot of the Louden Race Track at Laconia Bikeweek back in the early 90's.

Others, I have met at Gigs, such as Mosha aka Mark Goldfinger, former Editor of Spare Change Newspaper, and now Art's Editor and Columnist for Spare Change, who I met in 1993 or 1994 at a Squawk Coffee House in Cambridge, Mass.

Sky, I met in 1983 at an Auto Body Shop in Salem, Mass, where we did an immediate impromptu BIkerpoetry Reading for a Bunch of Hippies, who were living in the Auto Body Shop.

Lizzard walked into a book store I was running in February 1977, and we have been Bro's ever since.

Some Brothers and Sister Bikerpoets have seen me performing at gigs, and then introduced themselves.

Others, have found me on the web and have sent me emails, and then others I have found on the web and then sent them emails. I have even gone web searching for some Bikerpoets, such as Bumper Smith and Dow Mossman, who I featured a year or two back. I never found Dow Mossman, but today, Bumper Smith and I are friends and he is included in our circle of Bikerpoet Friends around the country.

I am always pleased whenever I can meet or find another Bikerpoet Brother or Sister.

I do a lot of research, so, I am always tapping onto Google Search, and of course I punch in Bikerpoets and Bikerpoetry on a regular basis to see if anything new comes up. So, it was on one of these Google Searches, I had punched in Bikerpoetry ... Bikerpoets, going for the double whammy throw down. It came up with a new hit of a BIkerpoet ... From the Ozarks? I decided to up the anti and tap onto Google Image Search, and on a page posted by cruisetheozarks.com, I found a photo of a Biker with ( The Biker Poet ) embroidered on the back of his denim jacket.
