Modern DVD players will read' and drive (process) CD image files ..such as those from the photo store. (Film, when devloped can be printed and placed as images on a CD for a small cost).
The DVD player -- with a WebTV acts like a CDD reader does with a PC; and produces the images & file directory; plays them slideshoe style ..permitting individual image file saves or transfers by e-mail. The image file for pictures on CD by Kodak and WalMart work well with this type of DVD player.
