DOGS LOVE TRUCKS... Any one remember the ads?

Cedar Hollow kid made good and made Nissan unforgetable!
A Gypsie son named Hagis. He a double for Barkley. He made the star list when he got the ad campaign for Nissan. Now I just loved this since I own a 1973 240Z and have owned it since it was 2 years old! Like the Jack Russells it just keeps on going!

Barkley's roles are too numerous to mention here
but you have seen him in print, TV series,
commercials and on the big screen.
This is from a Burkes Law episode where he got
his own credit. Barkley's first movie was Ernest Goes to Jail followed by Ernest Scared Stupid. This film proved something I always knew... Jacks can drive ...

Here's the Bark-man as he appeared in Clean Slate. Dana Carvey was not a happy camper when Barkley got a billboard on the Sunset Strip advertising the movie. I visited the set when I took Hagis down to be approved as a double. Bark hated to dress up, but absolutely loved to work. So his handler, the lovely and talented Doree, would wait until he was needed to put on the eye patch.

Barkley auditioned for that part of Wishbone but at the time the producers didn't want a male dog because of the 'plumbing'. Guess they figured the kids would be in shock to see a male dog. In actuality that was just an excuse, the costumer didn't think the costumes would loo as good on Barkley's shorter legs.
Another missed part... The Mask, only because he was already working on a film. Bark was the first pick for the part of Max. Oh the film he was making at the time? Went straight to video.
Barkley 1st puppies did the movie The Wild Wild West. Like father like sons... One of his son's, Griffin is carrying on in his fathers place, doing commercials and tv work. He's a ringer for his dad.

Jumping Jack aka J J is Up and Coming!

This is not JJ but as soon as I can I will post a photo of him... You can see him at your local pet store, JJ is the Jack Russell on the bag of Nutro Max dog food. He's broken coated, a son of Doer and Izzy. He has done all sorts of media work and indy films as well. Candy Clemente is his handler.
