HARBOR ENTRANCE PATROL 1909The Harbor Entrance Patrol consist of such small vessels suitable for inshore navigation as may be available, stationed at or cruising in the vicinity of the entrance to a harbor. Its main function being a careful surveillance over all vessels sighted by it, examining into the character of or identifying such vessels and making such reports or transmitting such information as may be required. |
