Everyday Magick.....
Everything in the world, is based on Universal Laws, and one that directly affects our lives is the "Law of Attraction" which states that
"Like attracts like".
That is why, everything that exists in our lives, exists because we have created it. We have created it with our thoughts and feelings, which have come from our beliefs, our past experiences, and our present thoughts.
This means that whatever it is, that you focus your thoughts, energy, feelings and beliefs on, is what you are bringing into your life, and "creating" in your present reality, through those energy vibrations. Your life, is literally a "physical manifestation" of the thoughts that go on in your head. We are in a constant state of creating.
It is important to remember, "Where our thoughts go, energy flows" and "thoughts-become-things."
The Law of Attraction, is neutral, and that means that not only do we have the power to create what we DO want in our lives, but we also have the power to create what we do NOT want in our lives. The Law does not care if you "like" what it is, that you are bringing into your life, it is going to bring you whatever it is that you are actively focusing on. Unfortunately, bringing that which you don't want into your life, is just what people do without realizing it. And they often do this, when they are trying to create what they do want. You can not manifest what you do want, if you are focusing on what you don't want.
For example:
Did you ever wake up in the morning, and from the minute you got out of bed, everything that could go wrong, did go wrong? And the more you focused on everything that was going wrong, the worse it got? This is the law of attraction in action. Focus on how bad things are, and they are bound to get worse, because that is what your attention is on!
Or :
If you are trying to lose weight and you "hate" being "fat". You diet and diet, exercise, and use every weight loss fad and trick in the book, but nothing works. You hate the fact that you are fat, and everyday, you look in the mirror, and think I will never be thin again, and you despise the way you look, and all you think over and over is,
"I hate being fat!." Then you wonder, why you can never lose the weight, it is because all you are focusing on, is being fat! These continued thoughts, tell your body, that you want to stay fat, as your unconsciousness listens to where your thoughts are directed!
Or:
Say you don't have any money, you can't pay your bills, and you despise feeling poor. If you continue to focus on the money that you don?t have, and everyday worry about how you are going to pay your bills, feel like you are in a rut, and will never get out, you will continue to manifest, not having enough, and not having the money that you want.
There is a really good story that illustrates this point, by Dr, Wayne Dyer of how people create things in their life that they don't want.
The story goes something like this:
"I give you 1 million dollars, and with this currency, you can go to the mall and buy anything you want. So off to the mall you go, and you go into the first store and see this ugly green and purple plastic plant, and you say
"YUK! That is ugly! I would never want that in my house! Its $20,000. You give the man the money, and you buy it and you send it home.
You come to the next store,
and you see this gaudy oriental rug, with purple and pink swirls with big orange eyes, and you say "Eewwwwwww!!! That is disgusting! Who would ever want to buy such a thing?? Its $50,000, again, you buy it and send it home......
On to the next store you go, and
there is a lamp, uglier than the last 2 things, for $75,000, once again you buy it and send it home, because it matches all the other ugly things you didn?t want....and on and on....
And every time, you have the currency to attract what you DO what, you used it to attract what you DIDN'T want, and when you get home; you wonder "Why is my house filled, with all of this ugly stuff, of plants, oriental rugs, and lamps??
It is because; you have used all of your currency, for what you do want, and you
have "spent" it on what you don't want....."
That is the same thing we do, when we place our attention on what we don't want. The currency for attracting what we do want in our lives, is our thoughts.

There are (4) ways we create our reality unconsciously:
-thinking certain thoughts over and over again
-visualizing or daydreaming a certain event over and over
-having strong extended feelings or beliefs about something
So why do we do this?
Much of it is that we focus, on is what has always been, what is, what we believe, or what other people say it should be, and this is what we need to change, to avoid bringing in, what we already have, and what we don't want anymore.
So what you need to do, is to not focus on what has always been, or what currently is now, but to visualize instead, what you wish for.
You may also have to re-look at your belief system, and decide if that is what still fits, in your life.
You need to also not allow, other people's negative, opinions, ideas or beliefs, to affect what you believe, and want for yourself. Don't let others tell you that you "cant." Remove that word from your vocabulary, and don't listen to others, who use it in regards to you.
And last, but not least, is you need to change a lifetime of ingrained bad habits, and thought processes of what I call "Stinkin Thinkin"
And here are some steps to help you do this:
1. First is you becoming aware, and realizing that you will indeed manifest your negative thoughts.
2. Next you must make a commitment, to change your negative thoughts to positive ones, and this IS a commitment!
3. Then you need to "catch yourself" every time you have a "negative thought", and change it to a "positive" thought, or positive affirmation of what you DO want.
4. Then you just need to keep at it, and don't give up, and don?t get
discouraged!
The more you become aware of your negative thoughts, the more you will catch yourself, and before long, you will be catching yourself, BEFORE you have the negative thought, and next thing you know, your thoughts will be mostly positive, and you will therefore be able to bring the positive changes, and the positive things you want, into your life :)
These are the first steps to creating what you Do want in your life, by NOT creating what you don't want....all you have to do, is get out of the way of your own self first!!

We are creating all the time, whether we realize it or not. When you focus your thoughts on something, consistently, it "becomes." That is where the expression
"Be careful for what you ask for" comes from, because you are likely going to get it!
One does not have to "believe" in it, for it to happen.
Because of the above, we want to focus on, and create what we Truly DO really want in our lives and here are some ways to do it :)

Part l:
1. First you must BELIEVE that what ever you want to manifest, is indeed POSSIBLE.
2. Everything that comes into being begins with a WISH, or a thought...."I wish I had ______" or I wish I was "_________" Before something manifests on the physical plane, it must begin with a wish in the etheric plane.
3. You must really DESIRE, what you want to manifest. Then you must ASK, the Universe to manifest it for you, and allow yourself to receive it....
4. You have to INTEND it to become....
State that you INTEND to create whatever it is that you want, whether it be losing weight, receiving a healing, getting a job or house, whatever it may be.....Do not mince words, state it with authority, and with a knowing, that you will get what you want.
5. You must have PASSION about what you
want....if you just "think" you want it, but don't feel passionately about it, then chances are, it will not manifest.

PART 2
1. VISUALIZE, or day dream about what it is that you really want, and visualize it,
AS IF IT HAS ALREADY HAPPENED.
For example:
"See" yourself as you will be after you have already created what you want, "hear" what people will say to you, after it has come about, and "feel" the satisfaction and happiness that you will have when you have manifested your
desire.
2. Use POSITIVE AFFIRMATIONS
daily, at least both morning and night, and whenever you can think of it during the day.
(ie: I AM thinner, and more beautiful, day by day." Note: You must use something you can actually BELIEVE. For example, if you are very heavy, and you say to yourself, "I am thin", it is not too believable to your consciousness mind, but if you say,
"I am getting thinner" this is something your sub-conscious will believe.
3. WRITE DOWN exactly what you want, being very specific on a piece of paper. Writing it down, lends power to it.
4. DO SOMETHING on the PHYSICAL PLANE, or visualize doing something on the physical plane to help bring it about. For example: If you want to lose weight, begin to exercise, or eat better, if you want to get a job or house, look for one. This unites both the inner and outer worlds, and spiritual and the mundane worlds.
5. Keep SILENT! Don't tell anyone else about what you are trying to create for yourself. Because then you may have to deal with other people's negativity, or telling you that you cant, which will make you doubt, which will then destroy your ability to create what you want.
6. Let go of any ATTACHMENTS to the outcome. Know that whatever is meant to happen, WILL.
7. TRUST and BELIEVE 100% that is will indeed happen.
8. Next, get out of your own way, and open yourself to RECEIVE.
9. And when you do receive it make sure you say THANK-YOU!
One note of warning:
"Creation" should never
be used to harm another, or control the behavior of another person. Whatever you try to create for another, without their knowledge or consent, even if it is well intentioned, will come back to you 3-fold as it is the law of the Universe. Creation should only be used for the benefit of oneself, with no harm or interference to others.

Creation and The Collective Consciousness
Not only do our thoughts and feelings create in our own lives, they affect EVERYONE.
If we wish someone dead say, will that happen?
It is not likely that we will kill the person, just because we think it?.our thoughts are not yet that powerful to bring about something instantly like that. It is possible however, for our thoughts to make a difference to the collective conscious, which connects all beings together, and to affect our future as seen in the "100 Monkey Theory"
This theory leads us to believe that we are all connected and what the collective "whole"
believes and thinks, affects the whole Collective Consciousness.
Why is this important?
For example: Right now, the "bird flu" cannot
jump the human/animal barrier. But, if there was enough fear, and attention to this happening, and enough people in the world believed it would happen, the "Collective Conscious" could actually create what they fear most,
collectively.
Each person's individual thoughts, beliefs and feelings, combined with everyone else's
thoughts beliefs and feelings create our present reality. We have finally reached a point in history where the future is like an open canvas for us to collectively create.
