Our unit is an ocean view 1 bedroom 1 bath suite (700 sq. feet) overlooking beautiful Kailua Bay. Non-smoking and sleeps four people (1 King size bed and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room). Hale Kona Kai is the only truly oceanfront condominium within easy walking distance of Kailua-Kona. Having been built in 1970, our building has the unique advantage of sitting just feet from the waters edge. We keep our elegant little home spotlessly clean (even with the large number of guests that visit us each year) and updated with new furnishings and artwork. She can answer all your questions and send you the registration form. For a limited time we are offering a FREE nights stay when you reserve at least FIVE nights with us during our "off" season. For example: if you reserve five nights in our condo then you only pay for four (this would lower your average nightly rate to $92/night for the five nights). For less than five nights rates are $115/night for the "off season" that runs April 1 through December 14. Rates are $140/night for the winter season from December 15 to April 1. Minimum stay is six nights for this reduced "high season" rate. Our neighbors charge as much as $190/night in our building. Rates do not include a cleaning fee of $100 or the Hawaii lodging tax of 11.4%. Above rates are for a maximum of three guests, an additional $10/night for a fourth person.
