MOTIVATION:
After years and years of trying to settle the secular (not religious) differences between the mother of my children and myself, and being litigated to death in Kentucky since 1992, on February 7, 2000, I received by facsimile a Motion in Limine to prohibit any expert, material, and eye witnesses from testifying with compelling evidence in defense of continued allegations and assertions made against me in court. This effort to obstruct justice in re: the wellbeing of children (and adults,) will not and shall not go unnoticed. Hence. the creation of this web page. This web page will come down when the "legal harassment" and "Fairgaming (c)" of me ceases, and as well the "disconnection" between me and my children comes to a hault. Over millions of years, man evolved from bivalve

As of 12/21/93 in bifurcation proceedings, she is now my ex wife. Since 1992, I have attempted endlessly and tirelessly to resolve our differences through softer less stringent forums of dispute resolution i.e. mediation, arbitration, adult communication, and counseling intervention keeping the best interests of our children foremost. She has rejected every offer made to her and her agents and continues to do so. In contrast, she will only litigate matters in court. Ron Hubbard also instructs his parishioners; "The law is used to harass, ruin, and cause possible deceasement," and "the purpose of a law suit is to discourage rather than to win." In the Dianetics / $cientology alternative mental health sect, there is a firm policy of "disconnection" from family, friends, and loved ones who disagree with Hubbard's teachings and policies - even between parents and children. Hubbard's most ruthless policy is the SP Enemy Order, or FAIR GAME POLICY where one "May be tricked, sued, lied to, or destroyed by any scientologist and without any discipline of the scientologist." I TOTALLY DISAGREE with this in principle, in law, and in spirit. I believe these totalitarian directives to be very destructive, harmful, and life-threatening for both children and adults. $cientologists are also violently opposed to the practices of sociology and psychology. They believe medical psychiatry is the evil invention of the CIA, German facists, and an assortmant of other conspiracy theories. These beliefs contribute greatly to their opposition to mediation and counselling as alternatives to their harsh litigious behavior and conduct. In July of 1992, I wanted to put an end to the
influences of $cientology in our family - the HUGE amounts of money and time, weird language, and obsessive devotion to it's founder L. Ron Hubbard. This was spurred by reading the shocking and compelling Time Magazine cover story of May 6,1991 just months earlier. I was alarmed and fed up. I was however validated for my believing it was a scam and leaving the group myself 4+ years earlier in 1987. Essentially, it came down to giving my wife of 13 years (then) an ultimatum.......it's either me or Ron. In the end she chose the latter. Years later I reflect and draw comprisons to Ron and myself since my (now) ex feels Ron is a more positive influence in the lives of our children than myself. People would ask "What are you nuts Tom!" Hmmmmmm...... NUT: (n) 1. a fruit containing a seed or kernel within a hard covering or shell, 2. a small block of metal with a grooved or threaded hole to be screwed on the end of a bolt, 3. (slang) a person who is believed to be either silly, emotionally unstable, or mentally disturbed. So who's really "nuts" here? Critics of Hubbard's UFO cult often replace the
the S with a dollar sign "$" when spelling $cientology. After all, that's what they're really all about - MONEY! Don't let the 501(c)(3) non-profit tax exempt status fool you one bit. A "church" they ain't!!! Trust me from first hand experience. Realizing that my family and I were bilked out of thousands of dollars from 1978 well into the 1990's spending in excess of a $100,000 in misc. purchases from various missions, orgs, celebrity centers, and upline senior corporate entities, it was time to request a refund. L. Ron Hubbard has specific policy that addresses "give them their money back if they're not satisfied customers." On September 18, 1998 I wrote $cientology requesting a refund of $48,930.85. This is the total of receipts I had in my possession although the cult expenditures would far exceed $100,000. I did not get a response. So on December 30, 1998, I wrote a follow-up demand letter to various corporate principals requesting the same. Still no reply. So I dropped it for a while, but I and my lawyers offered a settlement with my scientology ex-wife to STOP her litigious behavior to include these marital investments and assets. No reply from her either! The year 2001 is upon us. Tory Bezazian, a former OSA volunteer, and Ed Hattaway, a Chiroprator and ex cult member, both anounced they received refunds from the I.A.S. for their memberships without questioning. . So on April 5, 2001, I wrote the I.A.S. (International Association of Scientologists) in East Grinstead, England, demanding a refund of $2000 - a mere pittance of the total dollars wasted on a sci-fi scam. I will await a reply from I.A.S. There will be more on this soon. Stay tuned because there is new round of assaults on my character from the cult from two of their operatives named "morgan" and "abs." This is just the beginning - the tip of the iceberg! |

In September of 1993, a spray painted message was left on my garage door......huge letters STOP
with the S and the P underlined. The police were called and a report was filed. Earlier, in March 1993, I was declared an "SP" (enemy) by Ms. Shawn Bester, the Ex. Dir. of the Nashville Scientology Celebrity Center. An audio cassette tape of the enemy declare from the cult was played before the Master Commissioner of the Hopkins Circuit Court, in Kentucky on May 6, 1994. A picture of the vandalism above was entered in the same Court's records on November 15, 1993 by my lawyers. |

Ron Hubbard states in his book CHILD DIANETICS - Processing of Children, that kids must be kept from other family members (parents, siblings, grandparents, and friends) who "are not behaving dianetically." Behaving dianetically is simply translated as "believing in Hubbard as a god and the Scientology alternative mental health belief systems." The BEST example is, the construction of this web page is not "behaving dianetically." Sad huh? I met William Jefferson Clinton in October of 1992
in a his last minute campaign swing through Michigan before he was elected. He is a very charming, warm, and friendly person. Though as an independant, I did not vote for him. My biggest beef with him was only 7 months after he was sworn in, Scientology was granted a 501(c)(3) tax exempt status by the U.S. Treasury Dept. This was after 30 or more years of relentess litigation by the cult against the I.R.S. Why did this happen under Bill Clinton's watch as Chief Executive Officer of the most powerful and free nation in the world? I would encourage every reader of this page to write their congressmen to demand an answer as to how a for-profit aternative behavioral science received a tax free status as a church! |

real life true story about an experiment in a Palo Alto, CA high school in the late 1960's dealing with how even the best and brightest can be completely deceived and recruited into a totalitarian mind control cult.
