COULD THIS BE THE 1ST ALUMINUM TORSO?

This company specializes in SPINNING aluminum. They did the dome for R2 D2, in the STAR WARS movies. The process involves forming sheet aluminum around a jig or form by applying pressure with a roller while the form is SPINNING. It looks totally possible that a top dome and bottom dome could be SPUN to the correct dimensions. Then a cylindrical midsection could be welded in. A little cutting, trim work and bondo-POOF! ALUMINUM TORSO!!!!!!! Be the first kid on the block to try it!
